What you'll need
Certificate of Character
Issued by the TT Police Service. Apply online — usually back within 2–6 weeks.
Apply at nationalsecurity.gov.tt2 forms of ID
National ID card + Driver’s Permit or Passport. Clear photos of front and back.
Photo with ID
A selfie holding your national ID next to your face. Used to confirm the ID is yours.
Proof of income
Recent pay slip, job letter, or 3 months bank statements showing regular deposits.
Prior renter history
Name and contact of your previous landlord(s). We may reach out for a reference.
